Aromatherapy : Diffuse peppermint essential oil to help you stay alert and concentrate. Inhale directly. Inhale before working out to feel energetic and less lethargic. For steam inhalation add 8-10 drops of to a bowl of boiling water and inhale the strong vapors for 5-10 minutes.
Topical Application : 2-3 drops with a carrier oil such as coconut or olive oil and massage on the chest to relieve congestion.
