Aromatherapy : For Stress relief and sound sleep. Rub 2-4 drops of lavender oil in your palms and inhale directly. Add to diffuser / Vapourizer 4-5 drops of lavender oil. Add to your bath tub.
Topical Application : 2-3 drops of lavender oil on your temples / the wrists / under the feet. For massage add 3-4 drops to any carrier oil, coconut/Sesame/Almond Oil – 50 to 80ml. 100% Pure Essential Oil.
